1. Service Description

ClawWorks provides fully managed hosting services for the OpenClaw AI assistant platform. Our service includes hosting, maintenance, updates, and support for your OpenClaw instance, enabling you to deploy AI assistants across various messaging channels including Telegram, WhatsApp, and Discord.

2. Subscription and Billing

ClawWorks is offered as a subscription service for $39 per month. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us at hello@clawworks.io.

New customers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial where applicable. Trial periods, if offered, will be clearly indicated during signup and through our payment processor, Stripe.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

3. Service Availability

We provide hosting services on a best-effort basis. While we strive to maintain high uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee any specific service level agreement (SLA) or uptime percentage. ClawWorks is not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or their consequences.

We may perform scheduled maintenance that could temporarily affect service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

4. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You agree to use ClawWorks in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:

Use the service for any illegal activities or purposes
Generate, distribute, or store abusive, harmful, or offensive content
Attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access
Use the service to harass, threaten, or impersonate others
Violate the intellectual property rights of others
Use the service in ways that could overload or damage our infrastructure
Resell or redistribute the service without written permission

You are responsible for all content generated through your OpenClaw instance and all activities conducted under your account.

5. Data and Privacy

As part of providing managed hosting, we store and process data necessary for your OpenClaw instance to function, including configuration data, conversation logs, and usage analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise monetize your personal data. We do not use your data to train public AI models or provide it to third parties except as necessary to provide the service (such as API calls to AI model providers like Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google).

6. Third-Party Services

ClawWorks integrates with third-party AI model providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) and messaging platforms. Your use of these integrated services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of third-party services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Your access to ClawWorks will cease at the end of your current billing period
We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation or data export
After 30 days, all associated data will be permanently deleted
No refunds will be provided for partial months of service

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in activities that could harm our service or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAWWORKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO CLAWWORKS IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of ClawWorks after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ClawWorks operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
